X Factor looking for new Judges

X Factor is currently looking at replacing the two open judging spots before the next season starts filming. Britney Spears has reportedly been offered $10 million dollars to fill one of the spots. Guess that wasn't enough, as she rejected the offer and is asking for about $16 million (which is more that what JLo is making on American Idol). Other celebrities that were in talks to fill the positions were Whitney Houston (prior to her death), Katy Perry, Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson.

I think Mariah Carey would be a perfect fit for the job as she would tell it like it is. My other suggestions for replacements are Fergie and Alicia Keys.
